WGI Interclub Update 3

Good afternoon As  measures are ramped up across our nation and around our borders, in an attempt to do everything possible to restrict the effect of Covid-19 spread and impact, Wellington Golf Inc. advises that from Monday 23rd March all Interclub competitions will be postponed until further notice. Competition points will remain as at present with no decision made on the completion or otherwise of the grades, trophy winners and relegation criteria remaining for the meantime, as they presently exist.You will be receiving or have already received, information from your clubs as to how your club facilities will be operated moving forward. The opportunity under the appropriate protocols for people to exercise and spend time outdoors, will be somewhat unique to golf and of possible value to individuals in the immediate future. Kind regards for and on behalf ofWGI Match Committee and WGI Board
