Initial Registration for Interclub 2017 out now!

Registrations for the 2017 Interclub season are now able to be entered online.

On Tuesday, 14th June 2016, the Match Committee met to discuss the formulation of the WGI golf calendar for 2017.  In particular, the Committee discussed the structure of the Men’s, Women’s and Junior interclub.

The proposed dates for Interclub 2017 are as follows:-

In addition to the information above, the Match Committee are working on publishing the first draft of the 2017 Calendar on Thursday, 30th June 2016.  As part of the draft Calendar, the Match Committee will be including “tentative” dates for District Club Opens (based on the 2016 dates).

The proposed “Divisions” for Interclub for 2017 (based on 2016 results) are shown on the Interclub Registration 2017 page.

The Match Committee, therefore request that Clubs submit their team registrations to WGI by 4:00pm on Friday, 22 July 2016.  The team members do not need to be named at this time.  

WGI also welcomes entries from new teams, and asks that the team registration form be completed with an indication of the likely level of playing ability of the team (in terms of average Handicap).
