Congratulations Julianne

In last night’s DominionPost Wellington Sportsperson of the Year Awards 2014, Wellington Golfer Julianne Alvarez was voted as the Wellington City Council Emerging Sportswoman of the Year.  On presentation of her award, Julianne spoke of how she has developed as a player with the help of Manor Park, Wellington Golf and the WGI Academy and now as a member of the NZ Golf Academy.  Julianne's work ethic and commitment  is an inspiration for all those talented young golfers in clubs and in the Wellington Golf Academy as they strive for success through their golf  Well done Julianne, we’re sure this is just one of the awards you’ll receive as your career takes-off.  The full list of last night’s award recipients can be viewed here.
