Selection Panel Named, Representative Player EOI's Sought

The Golf Wellington Board and Match Committee has named their Selection Panel for the 2023 Representative programme, and is seeking player Expressions of Interest (EOI's) for the years programme.

The Panel is

John Spraggs (Royal Wellington), Alastair Sidford (Boulcott's Farm), Ron Olivecrona (Waikanae), Steve Weir (Golf Wellington)

The Panel invites players to complete an EOI on line by going to the Representative TAB, and completing and submitting the appropriate form, for Mens. Mens Masters, Womens, Boys and Girls squads. THESE SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY 10TH MARCH

Initial squads will be named after this with the programmes relating to each squad laid out - tournaments, team modules, trail matches, rep events etc. outlined to the squad along with availability and participation requirements.

An exciting year is in prospect with the Mens and Womens Interprovincials being held on the Kapiti Coast, the Masters team looking for a trifecta of wins to go with their 2021 and 2022 success, and the Boys and Girls teams participating in their respective national events.
