New Zealand Golf joins forces with FlexiTours
New Zealand Golf have gone on tour with FlexiToursNZ for the next three years to offer New Zealand Golf members domestic golf tour packages.
FlexiToursNZ have come onboard as the official and inbound and domestic travel partner of New Zealand Golf, and are a traditional travel tourism company that have created success through their ability to provide a quick turnaround on travel solutions that are customer-focused, with a flexible booking approach. The partnership will focus on stimulating the golf industry post Covid-19 through catering to New Zealanders love of both golf and travel.
With the closure of the international market and borders as a result of Covid-19, this partnership will bring the passion and energy FlexiToursNZ have for New Zealand to our domestic golf industry. The company includes a team of passionate golfers who will apply their combined knowledge and love for the game with their experience of running tours since 2001.
New Zealand Golf Chief Executive Dean Murphy says the partnership is a great fit for the business.
“There is great synergy between the priority of New Zealand Golf coming out of the Covid-19 crisis and the offering that FlexiToursNZ is able to provide to the wider golf industry. In a time where the country is re-building, it is more important than ever to be creating additional revenue streams for our golf clubs, and we see this partnership as an integral part of doing so. We are thrilled to welcome FlexiToursNZ aboard and look forward to working with them to support domestic golf tourism within New Zealand moving forward.”
Philippa Dean – Director FlexiToursNZ says “We are very excited by the prospect of this partnership and look forward to our long-term involvement in golf here in New Zealand. Being flexible is our trademark and we look forward to supporting the golf community with our custom tours and sharing our experience with golfers from across the country.”
FlexiToursNZ will look to create additional revenue streams for golf clubs in New Zealand via green fees, cart hire, and food and beverage, by providing golfers with the opportunity to easily play local courses with their friends and families, they traditionally don’t play.
For the non-golfers in the group, activities will be organised while the golfers are out on course.
