Mary Alward\Tuakana Final and Field Day.

A big thank you to Otaki for hosting the Mary Alward\Tuakana field day on Saturday 2 July and Paraparaumu the final on the same day.

The finalists were Royal Wellington captained by Lorna Young and Otaki captained by Audrey Rigby. Royal Wellington won the final 7 to 5 taking home the Mary Alward Cup and Otaki the runners up the Tuakana Cup.

There was a fantastic turnout for the Field Day with 42 pairs from 12 clubs playing.

Mary Alward Shield for top team: Karori

Tuakana Salver team runner up: Miramar

Wendy Ferriera Memorial Trophy for best pair: Sue Murray & Denise Marten (Karori)

Betty Duffy Trophy: Fiona McBride (Otaki)
