HMC Kapiti - Holden Scramble to be held at PBGC on 19th May 2016

HMC Kapiti and the Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club will again be hosting the HMC Kapiti Holden Scramble at the Paraparaumu Beach Golf club Links course on Thursday 19^th May 2016.

Proceeds from this event will support the Paraparaumu Beach Junior Golf Academy.

In keeping with the Holden Scramble tradition this event will be played to an Ambrose style format, in Pairs and is open to any player with a current recognised NZ Golf Handicap.

Prizes are significant including a weekend for four people to Lake Taupo, staying at the Taupo Hilton Hotel, with a round of Golf for two at the Kinloch Golf Club, and with a show room vehicle provided to the winners by HMC Kapiti for the weekend.

In addition all players will be entered into a draw for a spectacular scenic helicopter tour of the Transmission Gully motorway project provided by Kapiti HeliWorx.

Glen Mitchell, Men’s Club Captain of the Paraparaumu Beach Golf club says “this is the second year of a wonderful new partnership with HMC Kapiti who have generously sponsored this event to support Junior Golf on the Kapiti Coast whilst providing their own customers and suppliers with an opportunity to play golf on one of the world’s best golf courses.

The club treats this course as a national treasure and is pleased that we have another opportunity to open the Links to a new audience whilst also benefiting our Junior Golf Academy which will see more professional coaching and improved coaching facilities.”

The HMC Kapiti Holden Ambrose will attract a field of up to 120 players and entry will cost $40.00 per person.
