Darae Chung and Kerry Mountcastle Selected
New Zealand Golf have named three travelling squads to compete in the Australian Master of the Amateurs, the South American Amateur Open, and the Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific Championship.
The team of Jared Edwards, Tyler Wood, James Hydes, Kazuma Kobori, Amelia Garvey, and Carmen Lim travel to The Victoria Golf Club in Melbourne to play in Australia’s highest-ranking event from January 5th – 10thKerry Mountcastle, Matt McLean, Momoka Kobori, and Caryn Khoo make their way to Club de Golf Sport Frances in Chile from the 5th – 11th of January to compete in the South American Amateur Open.
Carmen Lim, Fiona Xu, Vivian Lu, Darae Chung, Jessica Huang, and Tara Raj will play in the Women’s Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship from the 12th – 15th of February at the Waterside Course at Siam Country Club in Thailand.
The APAC winner receives invites to the AIG Women’s British Open, the Evian Championship, the Augusta National Women’s Amateur Championship, and the Honda LPGA Thailand which will be played the following week.
