Otaki Golf Club Halberg Day

 The Otaki Golf Club in association with the Wellington Eagles Golfing Society,

is supporting a Charity Golf Tournament raising funds for the Halberg Disability Sport Foundation

to encourage young people with physical disabilities to participate in Sport & Active Leisure of their choice.

Entries at Office by Thursday 14^th May 2015.

Shotgun Start 10 am

Prize-giving at 3pm

Entry Fee: $15 (includes 2’s)

Competition:

• Overall Men’s and Women’s Stableford Winner.
• Men’s and Women’s winners represent the Club at the Halberg Field Day,Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club in March 2016
• Stableford in 3 Divisions: 2 men and 1 ladies
• 12^th Hole: Beat the Odds gambling hole
• Closest to the pin on all par 3’s
• Raffle $2 ticket or 3 for $5: Loads of prizes: Meat Packs and sponsored prizes

All Funds raised go to the Halberg Disability Sport Foundation Activity Fund
